It can, and does happen at Theatrix!
We are very inclusive at Theatrix. We want you to learn about performance skills in a friendly happy exciting atmosphere.
You’ll be working on a great selection of wonderful drama and literature pieces, poems and plays
specially chosen for you. You’ll take part in absorbing performance techniques exercises and games so you’re always engaged and inspired and having a great time having fun and making friends and gaining confidence.
You’ll love working in your group and look forward to seeing them and your teacher at each lesson.
You’ll always have the chance to share your own drama ideas with your group ... and be ready to perform to an audience in a wonderful theatre either on stage or in a studio production.
No matter your ability, EVERYONE is welcome at Theatrix.

We are very fortunate to have been selected by the casting agency of Pinewood Studios. This is a unique opportunity for our students and we are pleased to say that we have had students in several big films and a lots of commercials and television productions and commercials.
Pinewood do not offer this opportunity to many drama schools, we are very privileged to be chosen by them.

If you have a passion for theatre, drama and performing arts then come to Theatrix where your interests will be nurtured by professional actor/teachers who will take your passion seriously. You will get the chance to perform on stage and in films and create good communication skills to last you all your life.

You will be learning about plays and scripts that you will love being involved with, and also using all sorts of skills of your choice such as mime, characterisation, improvisation, dance, role play, movement, singing, puppetry, prop making, lighting, etc. It's all up to you what you feel you can contribute.

Each year you stay with us you will feel how much more confident you and your performances will have become.

At Theatrix you can make friends for life too as we teach you in a welcoming and team friendly atmosphere that promotes fairness and respect to your fellow actors and teachers alike., we do not exclude anyone and enjoy seeing all of our students immersing themselves fully.

We have been teaching and directing for more than 40 years with new generations of children and grandchildren of former students/parents now attending.
