The latest version of Adobe Acrobat is 9.2 at the time of writing.
Version 8 and earlier may have trouble with printing what you can see on the screen with certain pdf files...
Our videos are in .wmv format which needs Windows Media Player or a player that supports this format. If you are using the Safari browser on a Mac, to get the video to play immediately, you may need to press the play button at the foot of the little window that opens as the file downloads.
