Theatrix Performing Arts and Theatrix Productions will treat all the information you supply as confidential. The information you supply will be stored confidentially on our computer database. Access to the database is restricted to the Principal, Administrator, Financial Controller and the Theatrix personnel responsible for maintaining it.
Theatrix will not pass on personal or financial information to any third party without your expressed permission. Theatrix tutors are provided with hard copies of the information relating to their students necessary for them to carry out their duties.
You are welcome to inspect the information held on you or your child/children at any time. Periodically Theatrix will send you a copy of the information held to provide you with an opportunity to update it. Please inform Theatrix promptly of any changes to the information you provide, eg a change of address.
